HOW WE WORK

We look to the future.

Evolution and continuous improvement: are the two pillars of our research and development activities.

We have always reinvested profits to push our skills and technologies forward.

Under the guidance of our technical director, ideas are born in the research and development department and projects are realised, often without the limits of immediate feasibility. By covering the entire product lifecycle, we are able to develop new and more efficient solutions in the technological and mechanical as well as electronic and software fields. As pioneers in the industry, we will continue to strive to offer our customers and the market customised products and services of high quality, safety and reliability. Because our passion goes beyond standards

quality

When we created DKR Drinkatering in 1994, we had one clear objective: quality first and above everything else. "A product has to do what it needs to do, it has to do it well and for a long time," as Luigi Dalle Fratte, the founder, says.

We started building our machines: to make them different from what already existed (and exists), focusing on function, performance, reliability and quality. Over the years, our operational and business choices have always been characterised by originality, often anticipating legal requirements and regulations.

Today we operate according to an ISO Integrated System that consists of Quality Management (QMS), Food Safety (FMS), Environmental Safety (EMS), and Workplace Safety (SGS). This allows us to guarantee our customers a very high level of control over design choices, materials and the efficiency of production processes while respecting the environment and the safety and health of workplaces.

Thanks to trustworthy partners who have been working with us for years, we have organised a strictly controlled production chain that allows us to offer the highest quality in the field of water houses and beverage dispensing equipment. We are convinced that doing business and growing while respecting people and the environment is not only possible but necessary: for us, our customers, and future generations.

SERVICES

Assistance: always present and operational

We were the first, back in 1983 (well in advance of the 2007 HACCP certification), to create a routine preventive maintenance service whose procedures were adopted by public waterworks and became a reference guide for the entire market. For us, maintenance must be sustainable in terms of time and cost: this is only possible if the equipment is designed and manufactured at source with technical characteristics that allow it

1

Support constant

Support constant

Assistance becomes the natural continuation of the service that begins with the first inspection, continues with the design study, production, materialises with installation and is consolidated over the years with constant support.

2

Long live the your machines

Long live the your machines

In order to guarantee the highest level of quality and efficiency of our machines for as long as possible, we have set up a service and maintenance service that is among the most advanced in the industry.

3

Timing of reduced intervention

Timing of reduced intervention

Thanks to our experience and technical knowledge of both the mechanical and electronic parts of the systems, we are able to intervene 'on the spot' to solve the problem in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible cost.

4

Sanitisation machinery

Sanitisation machinery

We also pay special attention to the sanitisation of machines and installations. Research has enabled us to make sanitisation treatments simpler and more effective with the creation of semi-automatic plants or the development of the 'Sani-System' machine that performs controlled sanitisation.
