ECOLOGICAL

The filling of glass bottles is a alternative to harmful and expensive plastic bottles. The use of water above 90° for sterilising the bottles allows very limited use of detergents and chemicals.

The DKR semi-automatic line is able to reduce the consumption of plastic and packaging, resulting in important savings for our customers. The ready availability of drinking water allows storage space to be kept to a minimum, reducing the space required to store plastic bottles.

The strengths of the semi-automatic line

Nozzle

1. Variable washing jet outlet with detergent to wash the inside of the bottle and the cap.2. Adjustment washer for washing jet flow rate. 3. Nozzle for high temperature rinse with rinse aid.

Dishwashers

1. System equipped with two separate circuits for washing and rinsing the bottles.2. Nozzles positioned below the bottle. This allows to handle the basket with the bottles upside down comfortably and to completely sanitise the internal volume of the bottle.3. Washing baskets adaptable to every type of bottle.

Filling turret

1. Basket handling with bottles on a line with rollers.2. Filling x16, x8 or x4 bottles with natural and/or sparkling water.3. Stops for positioning the basket according to the quantity of bottles to be filled at the same time. 4. Bactericidal UV lamps. 5. Filling baskets adaptable to any type of bottle.

WASH

- Emptying of bottles by operators at sinks. - Washing machine: in just 2 minutes, cleaning and disinfecting 16 bottles. The machine's pumps automatically dose the necessary detergent.

FILLING

- Distribution units with a number of nozzles that can be customised to the customer's specific structure and volume. A filling station with 4 nozzles can fill 16 one-litre bottles in 50 seconds. litre bottles in 50 seconds. Each nozzle is disinfected with UVC rays and can be customised according to requirements. - Dose control options are available for filling bottles of different capacities, e.g. 500 ml, 750 ml or 1 litre.- The disinfection system uses UV nozzle technology with UVC to limit the risk of back-contamination.

FOOD SAFETY

Quality means above all hygiene and controlled processes. The washing process with very high temperatures eliminates any possible source of proliferation, while the filling process with internal, UVC-sterilised nozzles ensures extremely high water protection.
