Thursday 18 April 2019 the new Water House was inaugurated in Pont-Suaz Charvensod (AO).
The Water House is directly connected to the spring Saint Dove and dispenses natural and sparkling water with cards at a cost of € 0.05 per litre.
During the event, Mayor Ronny Borbey emphasised that the use of zero water is "a practice that reduces the use of plastic and benefits from the consumption of water of unquestionable quality and control"..

We can all do something for the environment. A bottle is very light, but here are some figures from LegaAmbiente regarding the real weight in terms of CO2 that plastic sends into the atmosphere:
- make it 19 grams;
- carrying 48 grams;
- total 67 g and then it is incinerated.

The Italian total of 'such lightness' is heavy: 5,360,000 tonnes of CO2 per year, like a coal-fired power plant. Better the short chain of our Water Houses.
A family of 4 avoiding PET saves the environment one quintal per year of CO2 in the atmosphere. We help the climate.
