L'former Turbigo Market Square comes to life, Wednesday, 3 June 2015 At 10.30 a.m., the new Water House was inaugurated. Many curious onlookers flocked to the event during which children from nursery and primary schools were the protagonists with poems dedicated to water, a precious resource.

"Today we have 150 of them installed throughout the territory, to which we can add the 32 Water Houses positioned at Expo to quench the thirst of visitors during the six months," explained Alessandro Russo. "The objective is to explain to citizens that drinking mains water, from their own tap in their homes and from the Water Houses, is an important choice towards the adoption of sustainable lifestyles, because it avoids the production, transport and disposal of large quantities of plastic.
The 32 Water Houses at Expo realised by Dkr are an important starting point to make everyone in the world realise that with a small and simple gesture, taking water, we can safeguard the environment.
