Maranello: First Water House in Piazza Amendola

La Maranello Water House was inaugurated on Sunday, 7 October 2018. In the Piazza, Mayor Morini and numerous citizens intrigued by the novelty attended the event.

During the day, Morini proposed several readings on the theme of 'water', with the aim of raising awareness among young and old about a conscious consumption of the resource. Environment Councillor Mililli also added that the Water House educates citizens to save on the purchase of bottled water and contributes to reducing CO2 emissions into the environment.

The water supplied by the plant is periodically checked and complies with all the potability parameters laid down by Legislative Decree 31/01. The service is available 24 hours a day at a cost of 0.05 cents per litre. It is possible to take natural and carbonated chilled water, in the minimum measure of 0.5 litres.
